Double Pane Windows coming soon!!!
November 3, 2016
We are excited to announce we have finally gone into contract with a local company that will upgrade all 205 windows in our community to double pane vinyl. This has been a long time coming and I appreciate everyone's patience.
The windows selected are upgraded versions with the first pane being 3mm thick and the second pane being a whopping 5mm thick with a dual locking mechanism. Standard dual pane windows come in the 2.5mm and 3mm thickness range. So we can all expect immediate improvement in sound control, heating and cooling efficiency.
More information will be provided as we get closer. The expectation is to begin late November with a goal of 4 units per day. That will be your living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom windows. Below is a picture of the window style selected.

Our next project will be replacing all of the windows, upgrading to double pane vinyl.

Options we are looking at range from leasing to purchasing new machines. Our objective is to provide you a clean and functional laundry facility if you choose to wash on site. Thank you.
